Chapter 95: How the Villainess Deals with Her Ex-Boyfriend - 2

I told Isolde in detail about the plan John had been plotting, as well as what had happened in the previous cycle.

Having heard the whole truth, Isolde exploded in fury.

"I’ll never forgive him."

To Isolde, John was the chief culprit who had ruined her life.

He had forced her to marry Ian, then tried to pass off another man’s child as Ian’s and destroy their marriage.

And he had not stopped there, treating Isolde like a communal fuckhole in an attempt to win the villagers’ support.

Of course, Isolde had also been at fault for letting John lead her around.

If she had trusted her husband Ian even a little, if she had received even a little of his love, her life would not have been ruined so thoroughly.

Well, the previous cycle was in the past. No, it was someone else’s past.

What mattered now was what lay ahead for us.

"What the hell does that bastard think women are?"

"It’s a kind of defense mechanism."

"A defense mechanism?"

"To overcome the lack of attention and love from his mother as a child, and his inferiority complex over being the son of a slut, he takes his anger out on innocent women."

To John, Isolde was a replacement for his mother.

He had wanted to vent on Isolde his resentment toward the mother who abandoned him and spread her legs for other men.

"The reason John is obsessed with you, Isolde, is your red hair too. The hair color he remembers his mother having was red."

"So you’re saying he did all that because I look like his mother?"

"That’s right."

At my answer, Isolde’s lips twitched.

She looked like she wanted to curse, but was holding herself back because she was in front of me.

"I don’t mind, so curse as much as you want."

"Thanks."

With my permission, Isolde smiled, then drew in a deep breath.

"John, you fucking son of a bitch!"

"You piece of trash! You fucking anchovy who isn’t worth chewing up!"

"You tiny-dicked bastard!"

Then, for quite some time, she let loose a satisfying stream of abuse.

"Haa, haa... Ian, I want to get revenge on that bastard."

"How?"

"I want to ruin him completely. I want to retaliate in exactly the same way that bastard did to you."

"Then there’s physical castration and psychological castration. Which do you want?"

"What’s psychological castration?"

"Put simply, his body is physically fine, but he can’t get hard, so he can’t function as a man."

"That sounds good. That bastard should spend the rest of his life being laughed at by women."

"It’ll be quite a troublesome job. Are you sure?"

Isolde answered my question without the slightest hesitation.

"I’ll do it. Everyone told me not to dwell on what happened before we regressed, but I can’t do that. I want to put an end to my own mistakes."

I smiled at Isolde as she steeled her resolve.

"That certainly is an answer worthy of Isolde."

"W-What do you mean, worthy of me?"

"You’ve got a vicious streak?"

"Tch. What’s that supposed to mean?"

"It’s a compliment. I like that sort of thing."

If it had been the original Ian and Isabelle, they would not have continued clinging to the past.

They would have been too busy loving each other.

But Isolde was different.

True to her vicious nature, she had to give back exactly what she had suffered.

Twice over—no, three times over—before she would be satisfied.

Personally, I preferred this.

There was no reward sweeter than revenge.

‘The problem is, I don’t have anyone to take revenge on in the real world.’

In that sense, possessing Ian, the NTR protagonist, could be called a stroke of luck.

After all, this world was full of bastards I could take revenge on.

"Do you like this kind of personality, Ian?"

Having learned my tastes, Isolde asked again, her eyes gleaming.

"I’m rude and rebellious, you know?"

"Like I said before, I’m not particularly fond of obedient women."

"But Isabelle is obedient."

"Isolde, you only say that because you don’t know Isabelle very well. There aren’t many women as clear about voicing their opinions as she is."

If Isabelle had truly been obedient, she would not have wished for me to get along with my family.

"She’s so jealous that I was always breaking out in a cold sweat trying to appease her."

"Really?"

"Yeah. Even this morning, it was Isabelle who held me back and kissed me when I was leaving for work."

[ "If you don’t kiss me, I’ll keep holding you here." ]

Isabelle was only human, so she could not help being jealous.

Even so, she had allowed me to see other women.

That must mean her love for me was just that great.

"Well, it’s largely because I haven’t treated Isabelle as well as I should have."

"And you still see other women even knowing that?"

"It was unavoidable if I wanted everyone in this world to live happily together."

"Boo. Trash. Making excuses isn’t good."

"I admit it. So, do you dislike me, Isolde?"

"No. I like you so much it feels like my heart might stop. At the very least, you’ll cherish your women, Ian."

Caressing my face, Isolde confessed.

"I’ll become the most vicious bitch among all your women, Ian. Just wait and see."

"All right. I’ll look forward to it."

◆

As promised, John headed to the mill that night.

His limping leg felt unusually light today.

‘Fuck, I’m definitely fucking her this time.’

With the moment he had waited and waited for finally arriving, he could not contain his excitement.

‘Come to think of it, this pisses me off. If she was going to spread her legs anyway, she could’ve done it sooner.’

John felt dissatisfied with Isolde for only now offering him her virginity.

It made him think of all the hardship he had endured until now.

Of course, in front of Isolde, he would play the part of a sweet boyfriend.

He had to keep her hooked until they were married.

"Isolde, I’m here."

"You came."

When John arrived at the mill, Isolde greeted him with a smile.

That smile made John feel as though his heart would stop.

Because of her harsh personality, she rarely smiled, but seeing her smile like this gave her an entirely different air.

‘I knew she was pretty, but I never imagined she was this beautiful.’

With a mere smile, she had his heart rising and falling at her whim.

John was uncomfortable with the fact that Isolde was leading him around, but merely imagining how it would feel to make her submit had already made him hard.

‘I’m going crazy. I want to fuck her right now.’

So Isolde could not run away, John casually positioned himself at the entrance to the mill.

Seeing him do that, the corners of Isolde’s lips curled upward.

"John, there’s something I need to tell you today."

"W-What is it?"

"It’s something very important."

John waited for Isolde’s next words, his expectations swelling.

Isolde continued a beat later. She intended to make John anxious.

"Do you remember calling me a monster before?"

"I do. I’m sorry about that. I must not have been in my right mind back then."

"It’s okay. If I had been in your position, I would’ve done the same."

"R-Right?"

"But you swore, John. You said you wouldn’t oppose me even if I married another man."

At Isolde’s words, John clicked his tongue inwardly.

‘That bitch still hasn’t kicked that habit.’

Playing tricks to seize the upper hand in a relationship was common between lovers.

One might wonder if they had to go that far in a relationship, but if it was not a relationship where they sincerely loved each other, it was only natural.

After all, simply being in the dominant position allowed one to take what belonged to the other.

"I remember. But what does that matter between us?"

"It matters. I’m seeing another man."

"W-What are you talking about?"

At Isolde’s words, John spat out a curse.

"Fuck, what the hell are you talking about?!"

That was when it happened.

"That’s how it is."

A man suddenly appeared behind him.

Tall and broad-shouldered.

Eyes sharp as befitted a hunter, with an inscrutable emptiness in his gaze.

It was Ian, hailed as the village’s hero.

"Y-You? Why are you here?"

At Ian’s appearance, John was left speechless.

The very person who had always stood in the way of his life had appeared once again.

"I have something to give you, John."

Ian took a small pouch from his chest and tossed it to John.

"Take it. There are exactly ten gold coins inside."

"Why are you giving me this?"

"It’s the hush money your father paid me."

Ian’s words brought John back to the day they had first met.

That day too, he had been enjoying a secret tryst with Isolde at the mill.

He had kissed her while whispering false love into her ear.

[ "What do you two think you’re doing right now?" ]

Then Ian had burst in with his father.

Ian had been smiling back then too.

Just as he was now.

It must have begun then.

When every one of John’s plans began to go wrong, one by one.

"There’s no need to keep it anymore, so I’m returning it."

"No need to keep it? What do you mean?"

"I became Ian’s concubine."

Walking up to Ian, Isolde pointed a finger at her neck.

"See this choker? It’s proof that I became Ian’s concubine."

"A concubine? You, Isolde?"

"Yeah. It’s a shame I’m not his wife, but if I’m going to be Ian’s concubine, I think he’s the best man I could choose."

Isolde sneered at John.

"Certainly better than becoming some cripple’s wife."

Her words drew an almost convulsive reaction from John.

"A-A cripple?"

"Why? Am I wrong?"

"Fuck, if I’m a cripple, then you’re a whore! A whore!"

With his eyes bloodshot, John glared at Ian and shouted.

"And Ian! You’re kissing a woman I kissed countless times! It’s no different from wiping your mouth with a rag! Putting your lips on a rag... Pwahahahahaha!"

John forced out a laugh so hard that his face twitched, pretending that he was the true victor.

It was John’s final struggle to preserve the last scraps of his pride.

If he did not do this, it felt as though his mind would collapse.

As if mocking John, Ian began to act.

"It’s true that Isolde’s first lips weren’t mine."

Ian removed his cumbersome shirt and perched on a crate in the corner of the mill.

Then, signaling Isolde with his chin, he spoke.

"Isolde, are your lips dirty, as John says?"

"Yes. Unfortunately, my first kiss was with John."

"Then we should show your ex-boyfriend this time, shouldn’t we? The true purpose of your lips."

"Okay~"

Answering that way, Isolde politely dropped to her knees before Ian.

Then she lowered her head toward his waist.

"Smack. Smack. Sluurp. Sluuurp."

She began sucking something.

‘W-What?’

At the sight, John was left speechless.
