A day passed.
The war that had begun with the invasion of the [Phantoms] came to an end with the demons' victory, and the situation was swiftly brought under control.
Since hell was always full of fighting, the aftermath of such a brief war faded away quietly, hardly treated as anything noteworthy. Even the [game] of war that had continued with the other [Primordial Demons] factions entered an unspoken truce for the time being, thanks to the choice of the two [Queen]s who wanted an even duel.
And so...
Adelio, who could be called the central figure of this whole affair, spent that first day of the truce with [Blanc]... no, with Ria. The two of them stayed alone in Adelio's house, the place where he had once lived with her so often it had practically been cohabitation, as if making up for the years they had spent apart.
Like before, they asked each other what had happened in their lives and slowly tore down the distance created by the wall between retainer and master.
The story of how she received her name from Guy Crimson.
What it was like watching a battle between a True Dragon and a Hero.
Why she had taken part in Walpurgis.
Her experience defeating a Demon Lord candidate.
The meaning behind the epithets she had received from the Demon Lords.
Why she had come to hell, and more...
Adelio shared with her the many things he had gone through in the Central World.
And because of that, the two demons grew even closer than they had been in the past, when they had treated each other casually without caring much about status.
In other words... they had become what people called lovers.
