Some additional content was added to Chapter 15, but for those who read the previous version, you can skip it if you want. The added parts were only there because some of the earlier material felt unnatural, so the overall structure is the same.

While Mahito and Endeavor were facing off, ice came flying toward Mahito.
"Mahito!!!"
The one who attacked Mahito was Todoroki Shoto.
"What, he came too?"
And then the heroes gathered around Mahito.
"This is a pain..."
Endeavor charged at Mahito.
"Tch!! Do you think it’s okay if the building burns down?! Endeavor!!"
"The building’s frozen, so it won’t burn!!"
"Hahaha."
Endeavor spewed flames and attacked Mahito.
'Tch!! It really does damage... So he can perceive the outline of the soul after all?'
"This won’t do. Gweh!!"
Mahito pulled out a special modified human.
"Freeze everything."
"Aaaah..."
The modified human began freezing the people in the building.
"What?!"
Endeavor was shocked to see the modified human using a Quirk.
Some of the heroes and Bakugo Shoto blocked the cold attack.
"Tch!!"
Endeavor said to Mahito,
"You think that’s enough to stop me!!"
"Attack Endeavor!!"
Endeavor blasted out flames to burn the modified human.
But the modified human froze its own body to block the flames.
Then it rushed at Endeavor and grabbed both his arms, freezing them.
"!! Gah!! Get off!!"
Endeavor kicked the modified human away and put some distance between them.
Then Shoto used his Quirk to create an ice spear and attack the modified human, and the modified human stopped when it saw Shoto.
The modified human was pierced through the shoulder by Shoto’s spear, but it was crying as it looked at him.
Shoto saw the modified human, and then he realized who it was.
Shoto’s face went pale as he said,
"M...om...?"
"What?!"
Endeavor heard Shoto and looked at the modified human.
From its Quirk and its face, he realized that the modified human had been made from Todoroki Rei.
Endeavor shouted,
"You bastard!! Mahitoooooooo!!!!!"
"Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!"
Mahito was laughing like a madman.
Endeavor compressed the flames in his left hand.
"I’ll kill you for sure!! Mahito!!!"
"If you can, then try it!! No. 1 Hero!!"
Endeavor hurled the compressed flames at Mahito.
"Jet Burn!!"
Mahito shrank his body and dodged.
"Hahaha, that won’t be enough to kill me~"
Shoto froze the ground and locked Mahito’s feet in ice.
"Huh?"
While he was frozen and unable to move, Bakugo flew in and touched Mahito’s face with his hand.
"Die!!"
Bakugo triggered an explosion.
But Mahito didn’t seem bothered at all.
"What!?"
"Hahaha, that won’t be enough to damage me~"
Bakugo immediately backed off.
"Damn it..."
"Bakugo, fall back!"
Bakugo retreated, and Shoto launched flames.
Mahito took the flames head-on, but he still didn’t take any damage.
"Is that all?"
"Then I’ll take over from here!"
Mahito charged at the heroes.
He turned his arm into a blade and attacked them, and one of the nearby heroes was cut clean in half and collapsed.
Seeing that, one of the heroes trembled and said,
"He’s not human..."
Mahito smiled and said,
"That’s right. I’m not human."
"What?"
"I’m a curse born from you people. I was born from the belly of humans who hate and fear other humans."
"A curse?"
"Yes. I’m your human race’s ‘original sin.’"
While Mahito was speaking, Endeavor fired flames and said,
"What nonsense! That’s just blaming other people!!"
"Hahaha."
Mahito dodged the flames, grew three arms, turned them into snake-like blades, and swung them at Endeavor.
"Ignore Itadori."
"Gah!"
Endeavor dodged, but not completely, and small wounds appeared all over his body.
As Mahito watched Endeavor retreat, he returned his arms to one and turned them into a drill, spinning it before hurling it at Endeavor.
Endeavor tried to dodge, but he couldn’t, and it pierced his lower left abdomen.
"Aaaaaaah!!!"
"Hahahaha."
The connected part of Mahito’s drill swelled, widening Endeavor’s wound.
Shoto, who was watching, fired flames.
"Stop!!"
But the modified human took the flames instead.
"Aaaaaaaah!!!!"
Shoto was shocked and ran toward the modified human.
"Mom!!"
As Shoto approached the modified human, Mahito turned his arm into a blade and stabbed Shoto along with it.
Shoto was stabbed in the lower right abdomen.
"Shotoooooooo!!!!!"
Endeavor roared in fury, unleashed flames, and threw a punch at Mahito.
"Aaahhh, Vanishing Fist!!!"
The flames on the fist burned at an extreme temperature, scorching Mahito as they went.
"Aaaaaaaah!!!"
"Die!!!!"
Endeavor unleashed all his flames until they finally died out.
Mahito’s entire body was burned, but he was still alive.
"Heh heh."
Spikes erupted from Mahito’s body and pierced Endeavor.
"Ghk!!"
"What a shame. You couldn’t kill me."
Mahito sent Endeavor flying out of the hospital.
"Mahitooooo!!!"
"Well then, shall we begin~"
Mahito formed a hand sign.
"Domain Expansion."
Hearing that, Shoto and Bakugo remembered what happened at Kamino and backed away from Mahito.
"Run!!"
"Self-Embodiment of Perfection."
Mahito’s domain expanded.
Bakugo and Shoto quickly escaped the hospital, but the heroes and police were still inside the domain.
"Ah... ahh..."
The heroes and police gave up.
"Idle Transfiguration."
The heroes and police inside the domain were turned into modified humans, and Mahito stuffed the modified humans he had brought out and the ones he had just created into himself.
"Then I guess I’ll head back~"
Mahito released the domain and fled.
Endeavor, Bakugo, and Shoto tried to find Mahito, but they couldn’t.
In the end, among the heroes and police dispatched there, the only survivors were Endeavor, Bakugo, and Shoto.
Because of Mahito’s appearance, more than 3,000 people were sacrificed, including heroes, police officers, and civilians.
