A few days after the factory incident, Shigaraki investigated the stray bullets left behind at the factory.
Shigaraki had gone to the Shie Hassaikai and come back.
And then he told them that they would be cooperating with the Shie Hassaikai.
"We’re cooperating with the Shie Hassaikai...!?"

Twice snapped back in anger.

Then Twice put his mask back on.
"Toga-chan, you say something too!!"
"What are we to you, Tomura? The League feels good to me. Stain was the trigger. If I can, I want to try living the way I want... in a world that’s easier to live in, Tomura."
Then Toga pointed a knife at Shigaraki and said,
"Why should we keep doing painful things we don’t want to do?"

Shigaraki moved the hand covering his face aside and spoke with clear eyes.
"For me and for you guys. They probably want to weaken the League’s mobility while winning over useful people like you. They want to lure you in from the outside and bring you under them. Twice and Toga both nodded quietly.
That was when Mahito spoke up.
"Shigaraki! I’m going too!!"
"...No."
"Why?!"

Mahito started throwing a fit.

"Then I’ll quit the League and go straight back to the Shie Hassaikai~"
Shigaraki frowned and said,

Then Shigaraki said,
"We leave in a week. Get ready..."
Mahito stood up and said,

Shigaraki put his hand back over his face and sighed.

Mahito wandered the night streets outside.
Then he stopped in front of a hospital.

Mahito went inside and turned everyone he saw into modified humans.

Everyone who saw it screamed.

Mahito created modified humans and used them to subdue the people.

"Aaaaah, runnnnn!!"
The people began to flee.
Then Mahito saw a nurse reporting to the heroes.
"Here... a Villain has invaded!! Please send heroes quickly!!"
Mahito walked up to the nurse and placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Hello~"
The nurse looked at Mahito and trembled in fear.
"A... ahh..."
"Idle Transfiguration."
The nurse was transformed into a modified human.
"Now then, shall we take a stroll~"
Mahito moved through the hospital, turning people into modified humans as he went.
Then a hospital room came into view.
The patient’s name on the door was Todoroki Rei.
"Hm... so this is the hospital~"
Mahito went inside.
There was a woman sitting on the bed.
She was a pure, beautiful woman with straight white hair and gray eyes.
Mahito greeted her.
"Hello~"
"? Who are you?"
"A Villain~"
"I see."
Rei remained expressionless.
"Hm... not very interesting..."
"A Villain~ Aren’t you scared?"
"..."
Rei said nothing.
"I’m the Villain who killed your Fuyumi and Natsuo, you know~ Did you know that?"
"What?"
Rei’s face twisted in confusion as she said,
"What are you talking about? Fuyumi and Natsuo died?"
Rei knew nothing.
"Oh? You didn’t know? Endeavor didn’t tell you anything?"
"A... ah... ah..."
Rei’s eyes darkened little by little.
Mahito stepped closer and said,
"Don’t worry~ I’ll send Shoto to the same place as his siblings too~"
"No!!"
Rei used her Quirk and hurled ice.
"Hahaha!!"
Rei shattered the hospital room open.
"No! Not Shoto!!"
Mahito pulled out a modified human he had prepared and sent it at Rei.

Rei used her Quirk to freeze the modified human.
The modified human froze solid, fell, and shattered.
"Ah... I went to the trouble of letting you meet your son..."

Mahito smiled and lied.
"Thaaat frozen monster just now was your son, Shoto."
"A... ah... ahhhhhhhhhhh!!"
At Mahito’s words, Rei let out a scream.
Her Quirk began to run wild, and the entire hospital room started freezing over the whole hospital.

Mahito approached Rei and began to transfigure her.
He carefully worked on Rei and modified her.

Rei now looked just like a modified human, but she could still use her Quirk in a special way.

Bakugo attacked Mahito with his right hand and blasted off with his left.
Mahito asked Bakugo,
"Could it be? You killed that modified human?"
"Yeah!!"
A hero behind him called out,
"Bakugo!! Don’t rush in alone like that!!"
"Shut up!!"
Mahito looked at Bakugo and sneered.
"Hahahahahahaha!!!!!"
"What?"
Bakugo hesitated for a moment and stopped where he was.
Mahito told him the truth.
"I killed them? Wrong. The one who killed them was you, Bakugo."
"What?"
"I mean~ that modified human was your parents~"
"Liar!!"
"It’s not a lie. Think back. Remember what it was like when you killed that modified human."
Bakugo remembered the moment he had killed the modified human.
Bakugo stared at his own hands with trembling eyes, and then he started vomiting.
"Ghk! Uegh!!"
"Hahahahahahaha"
As Mahito laughed at Bakugo, Endeavor flew in and blasted Mahito with fire.
"Mahito!!!!!!"
"Ghk!!!"
"This time, I’ll catch you for sure, Mahito!!!"
"Hahaha, if you can, then try it... Endeavor."
And so Mahito faced off against Endeavor.
