Kirishima, Bakugo, and Ojiro were warped into the Fire Zone. The three of them were composed, taking down the surrounding villains one by one.
"DIEEEE!!!"
BOOM! POP-POP!
Bakugo used his explosions to give the villains a taste of pure heat. The criminals were struggling, caught between Bakugo’s wild, rabid-dog fighting style and the overwhelming firepower of his Quirk.
"Damn it! Are these brats really just students?!"
The villains snarled, trying to activate their own Quirks, but they found themselves blocked by Kirishima’s Hardening and then blasted into unconsciousness by Bakugo, or smacked over the head by Ojiro’s powerful tail.
"This is boring, you low-level extras! Compared to Ponytail and Bun-head, you're nothing! Fucking nobodies!!!"
The villains recoiled from Bakugo’s savage momentum. But as the crowd of thugs thinned, a man stepped forward, pushing past the others with a look of profound disgust. He was hideous—looking as though his face had been molded by a creator who had simply given up halfway through.
"Fuhrer Ugly!" one of the villains cried.
The man, known as Fuhrer Ugly, stood before the students with a nauseating grin. His appearance was so physically repulsive that Bakugo and the others couldn't help but grimace in physiological rejection.
"Bu-hee-hee-hee! Not a bad face, kid, but that personality is rotten. Me? I hate handsome guys! I hate 'em so much it makes me itch!"
Speaking in a thick, gravelly voice through layers of neck fat, he ignored the confused looks from the students and continued.
"Bu-hee-hee! But taking a cocky little brat like you and turning him into a female... hearing those little squeals under me... now that is a pleasure I never get tired of!"
"You piece of shit... what are you barking about? You looking down on me?! HAH?!"
Losing his patience with the villain’s deranged ramblings, Bakugo charged forward with a series of explosions.
"Become a female~ Hup!"
With a flick of his wrist, Fuhrer Ugly fired a beam from his hand. It struck Bakugo point-blank. As he collapsed from the impact, a massive amount of steam and gas erupted from Bakugo’s body. Kirishima and Ojiro watched in horror.
"Bakugo! You bastard! What did you do to—"
Kirishima roared, preparing to lunge, but Ojiro grabbed his shoulder.
"Kirishima, wait! He's trying to provoke us into doing the same thing! We need to take Bakugo and get out of—"
"You... fucking monster... DIE!!"
BOOM!!
A fist emerged from the smoke, striking Fuhrer Ugly directly in the face and triggering an explosion that knocked the villain cold. A figure stepped out of the receding fog, panting with irritation.
As the smoke cleared, Kirishima and Ojiro stood frozen, their jaws hitting the floor.
"Ba... Bakugo?!!!"
"Your... your body..."
"Hah?! What's with those faces... what... WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!"
The voice was high-pitched and melodic. The eyelashes were long and dark. The silhouette had become slender, with soft curves, a swelling chest, wide hips, and a narrow waist. Katsuki Bakugo had been turned into a girl.
Fuhrer Ugly’s Quirk was Gender Inversion. Anyone struck by his light would have their biological sex flipped. He had used this power to commit countless atrocities in the underworld. Worse, the Quirk didn't just change the body; it forcibly altered the person's temperament and hormones to match their new biological state.
"Hey... Bakugo... are you okay?"
"Yeah... I'm fine..."
Now significantly smaller than his original size, 'Katsumi' clutched at her loose, oversized costume to keep it from sliding off and offered a stiff nod.
However, the situation didn't allow for a breakdown. Seeing their leader down, the remaining villains began to leer at Bakugo with predatory eyes. Sensing the shift in the air, the girl flinched—a reflexive spark of fear she’d never felt as a boy. She quickly shook it off, found a piece of rope to tie her sagging costume tight, and glared back.
No... I'm... I’m not scared!
Forcing herself into the mindset of the "strong male" she used to be, she stood her ground, ready to incinerate anyone who came close.

"Moon Breathing, Tenth Form: Drilling Slashes, Echoing Moon."
Michikatsu unleashed a series of circular, saw-like slashes that carved through the ground, boxing in the Nomu and shredding its limbs. He watched as the creature's flesh knit back together almost instantly, confirming his suspicion that it possessed High-End regeneration.
"It’s no use! This Nomu was specifically engineered to kill you and All Might! It has Super Regeneration and Shock Absorption! Ki-hi-hi-hi! Go ahead—try and cut it! If you can!"
Shigaraki Tomura mocked him, gloating behind his pet monster. He knew Kokushibo was a killer who didn't hesitate, but he believed his "anti-Symbol" weapon was invincible. Michikatsu remained stoic.
"Moon Breathing, Sixteenth Form: Moonbow, Half-Moon."
Massive vertical slashes crashed down like divine judgment, crushing the Nomu into a pulp. As it began to regenerate again, Shigaraki cackled at the "futile" effort.
"I told you, you idiot! It’s Super Regeneration! A swordsman like you is the worst possible matchup for this thing!"
"Yoriichi’s Sun Breathing... burns the cells where the blade passes, dealing continuous damage that stops regeneration," Michikatsu muttered.
"Hah?"
"It made me wonder... If Yoriichi could do it... could a derivative like Moon Breathing do the same? If I infused my Blood Demon Art... could I achieve a similar persistence...?"
Michikatsu stared at Shigaraki, who was scowling at the cryptic lecture.
"I succeeded," Michikatsu said simply. "Continuous... and persistent destruction."
Suddenly, the Nomu—which was standing perfectly still—began to disintegrate. Flesh was being carved away by invisible, micro-sized crescent blades that remained lodged within its cells, spinning like chainsaws. The creature began a horrific cycle of regenerating only to be instantly shredded again at a cellular level.
"What... what is this?! What's happening?!"
"Do you still... not comprehend?"
Michikatsu swung Kyokuseibo in a blur of motion. In less than a second, the Nomu was reduced to 1,080 identical cubes. Because the micro-slashes continued to oscillate within the meat, the regeneration factor couldn't keep up. The creature dissolved into a puddle of non-viable cells.
"No matter how 'super' the regeneration is... it is useless if the flesh is minced into nothing."
Michikatsu turned his gaze toward Shigaraki.
"It seems that without your toy... you are quite insignificant."
"You... YOU BASTARD!!!!"
Losing all reason, Tomura Shigaraki lunged at Michikatsu with all five fingers extended. His Quirk, Decay, could turn anything he touched into dust. He held a delusional hope that his touch would be the end of this arrogant monster.
"Foolish..."
SHNIP!
With a single, effortless draw, Michikatsu severed Shigaraki’s head. It happened so fast that Shigaraki’s brain didn't have time to process his own death; his face remained frozen in a twisted, giggling snarl as his head rolled across the pavement.
"Boring..."
Michikatsu picked up the severed head by the hair. He looked into the dead eyes as if speaking to someone watching through them.
"Consider this a warning... You would be wise to remain in the shadows... All For One."
He tossed the head aside like common trash. Turning all six eyes toward the remaining mob of low-level villains who were trembling in abject terror, he gripped the hilt of his sword.
"Not a single one of you... shall be allowed to live..."
In a hidden location that looked like a high-tech laboratory, rows of transparent glass tanks filled with fluid and developing Nomus lined the walls. A massive man wearing a heavy life-support mask watched a screen in silence before finally speaking.
"Perhaps I overestimated Tomura. I expected him to at least deliver a formal declaration of war..."
The man, All For One, leaned back in his chair, moving away from the tanks to face the giant monitors.
"I had high hopes for Shimura's bloodline, but he was far too broken. Still..."
A high-definition image of Michikatsu Tsugikuni appeared on the screen. A dark, malicious smile spread across the villain’s scarred face.
"I have found a new prospect... no, a vastly superior successor to Tomura. What a truly tempting physical specimen."
All For One’s laughter filled the cold, sterile lab.
"I shall have you, Kokushibo. All for me."
