Chapter 39: Zod and the 5th Holy Grail War (6)

(*Please note that all characters appearing in this work are adults over the age of 20.)

"Then, Rin-nee."

"Huh? Big sister?"

"Yes. I'm actually 20 years old, so that makes you my elder sister."

"Ah... I see... Wait, no! You're two years younger than me?! And you're a Secretary in the United States?! A politician? What on earth?!"

Rin was more than a little bewildered by Zod's words and demanded an explanation. Looking into her eyes as if it were nothing, he invoked the power of Hypnotic Suggestion.

"It's nothing worth worrying about, so don't give it another thought."

"Ah... right. If Zod says so, then that's that..."

Under the influence of his brainwashing, Rin could do nothing but accept the distorted reality being forced into her mind.

"Then, shall we find somewhere to talk, Nee-san? How about a date?"

"A date?! (/////////)...... Ahaha, Zod... You see, dates are only for people who like each other!"

"But I like you, Nee-san... Don't you feel the same?"

For a moment, Zod looked at Rin with sorrowful eyes. In that instant, Rin felt a flutter in her heart. Zod, who was already a strikingly handsome youth, appeared so cute and vulnerable that a protective instinct surged within her. He felt so precious she wanted to just squeeze him.

"Well... I suppose I am free today, so it should be fine..."

"Really? Wow~ Thank you, Rin-nee!"

"Hehe... (///////)"

Hearing the title 'Nee-san,' Rin's face flushed red, and she began to beam aimlessly. But just as she reached out to take Zod's hand, her own Servant, Archer, stepped in to block her.

"Master, we are currently in the midst of a Holy Grail War... A date? Aren't you being a bit too lax?"

Archer felt an inexplicable sense of displeasure at Zod's actions. He wasn't entirely sure why, but seeing Rin—who was his Master and, in certain possibilities of world-lines, had been his lover—acting so favorably toward another man... especially a greenhorn who claimed to be 20 but looked no older than 10, simply didn't sit well with him.

"It's not like all the Servants have appeared yet. We just need to wait for Saber, and who knows when that will be? Besides, both you and Zod are here to protect me."

"That brat?"

"Oh my... that's quite an impolite remark..."

Zod spoke as if his mood had soured at Archer's words, and Rin reacted the same way.

"Archer! Do you think you're my boyfriend or something? Why are you meddling?!"

"N-no... that's not it..."

"Ugh, forget it! Don't talk to me for the rest of the day. I was in such a good mood, and you completely ruined it!"

"Master!"

"I told you not to talk to me, you idiot!"

"Kh..."

Rin glared at Archer with fierce intensity. Swallowing a groan, Archer looked at Rin with eyes full of bewilderment.

"Now, now... calm down first. You're Archer, right? Don't concern yourself with what Rin and I do."

"Ah... right... My apologies. What the two of you do is your own business. I was overstepping. I apologize."

Falling under Zod's suggestion, Archer's irritation vanished instantly. He began to act as if he had never felt any displeasure at the intimacy between Zod and Rin to begin with. Zod gave a small nod of satisfaction.

"Hmph! Don't speak to me until I call for you!"

"Understood."

"Hmph!"

"There, there~ Rin? Are you really going to keep paying attention to another man besides me?"

As Zod spoke, he reached out and slightly lifted her skirt, peeking at her underwear. It was a plain white pair.

"W-what are you doing?! (//////////)"

Ordinarily, it wouldn't have been strange if Zod had been slapped and reported to the police. However, Rin only went as far as a weak protest. No one in the vicinity found the situation strange—no one, that is, except Altria Alter.

"Nee-san, isn't your lingerie a bit too plain? Let's head to an underwear boutique first. We'll buy everything in my preferred style and throw away all those boring ones you have at home. From now on, you only wear what I buy for you."

"Eh? Even so, there's no need to go that far..."

"Do it..."

"Ah... okay... Since you're going through the trouble of buying them... I'll only wear what you buy me from now on..."

"Good. That's more like it. And that uniform skirt is way too long. Get it tailored shorter. To the point where your panties are just barely visible."

"Okay, I understand."

Even at Zod's absurd, commanding tone, Rin simply nodded with a smile. Altria Alter was utterly appalled.

"You lecherous brat..."

"Why? Altria, do you want me to buy some for you too?"

"Hmph... Even if I said no, you'd just use that power to force me anyway. Would refusing really change anything?"

"I like that you know your place. Don't worry... I'm not going to get you some mere scraps of cloth from an adult store and call it lingerie."

"I truly chose the wrong Master."

"I chose you, so you're mine."

"Sigh......."

Zod gave Altria Alter's ample backside a playful pat as she sighed, then led both women toward the bustling downtown area.

None of them were aware that Shirou Emiya was currently being targeted by Assassin...

.

.

.

Fuyuki City Downtown, Lingerie Shop.

"How is it, Zod? Does it look good?"

"Yeah, Rin... it looks great on you."

From lingerie sets and garter belts to see-through nightwear—each piece was designed solely to tempt and fascinate a man. Within this shop filled with suggestive attire, Rin Tohsaka stood wearing a set of red, sexy lingerie. She spun around like a model, even striking awkward sexy poses in a desperate attempt to appeal to Zod and capture his attention. To Zod, this desperate courting was pathetic, yet he let out a soft chuckle and gave her a gentle smile.

Swish!

"Ooh..."

Then, the curtain of the adjacent fitting room was pulled back, and Altria emerged in her undergarments. Dressed in black lace, she wore the largest size in the store, yet she still looked uncomfortable as if the cups were too small. Zod couldn't help but let out a gasp of admiration.

Her voluptuous breasts could not be fully contained by the lingerie, and even the panties struggled to hold the sheer volume of her hips. The way her flesh spilled out was, ironically, erotic beyond measure.

"Kh..."

Seeing Altria Alter's bursting figure, Rin bit her lip hard.

"Hmm... It's tight. As I thought, I've gained too much weight. I wish I were a bit smaller..."

"Eeeeek!!"

Irritated by Altria Alter's humble-bragging, Rin let out a frustrated scream.

"It's fine, Rin. You look beautiful as you are. And if you eat well, you'll still grow, so don't worry about it too much."

Squeeze!

Zod gave Rin's rear a firm squeeze, causing her to moan and flush deeper.

"Hmm... Rin, by the way, do you live alone?"

"Huh? Ah... yeah. Both my parents have passed away, so I live by myself. I'm a university student and an adult, so while I do have a guardian, he lives elsewhere."

"Then I'll be staying at your place from now on. Give me the address."

"Huh?... Ah! Okay!"

Despite Zod's high-handed, almost dictatorial tone, Rin didn't feel offended. Instead, she nodded happily and recited her address. Zod committed it to memory and called Mata Hari, instructing her to move his belongings to that location.

"Who was that?"

"Oh, just my secretary."

"A woman?"

"You're asking the obvious."

Zod shrugged his shoulders. Rin puffed out her cheeks in a pout, but as soon as Zod patted her hip, she was smiling once again.

"We'll stop by a tailor to fix your uniform... the clothes and lingerie we bought can be delivered to the house... That settles it. Or perhaps we should get you a piercing or a tattoo?"

"Eh... wouldn't that hurt?"

Even to the casual mention of piercings and tattoos, Rin's reaction wasn't one of refusal, but merely hesitation due to the potential pain. Zod nodded. In the U.S., piercings and tattoos were generally accepted as long as they weren't excessive, and individual expression was respected. However, in Japan at the time, people were extremely sensitive to the gaze of others and the prevailing atmosphere. Wearing too many accessories was seen as risky, and piercings or tattoos were heavily stigmatized as signs of a 'cheap' or 'loose' person—something associated mainly with delinquents.

"So... you don't want to?"

"No... I mean, if you like it, Zod..."

Seeing that she was hesitating but not refusing, Zod allowed a sinister smile to form internally. Since it was late and a tattoo wasn't something he'd trust to just anyone in a place like this, he decided he would just give her piercings later and settle for today's shopping trip.

Corrupting her all at once would be no fun.

Slowly... very slowly...

Like a traveler's clothes soaking in a fine drizzle, he would let her become saturated with his influence, all while she remained unaware of her own transformation.

Zod laughed a wicked, silent laugh.
