Chapter 41: Akatsuki

- A world somewhere other than the Human World and the Three Factions

Far from the Human World, in a universe where countless worlds coexisted at once, this was a dreamlike place for Madara. Because—

“...To think that I would...”

“Pathetic. So this is all a god amounts to.”

Floating in the sky was the celestial island of Olympus, and beneath Madara’s feet lay Zeus, the so-called supreme god and god among gods, forced to his knees with his head pinned under Madara’s boot. The place was overflowing with Madara’s spoils. Around him, figures presumed to be the gods of Olympus lay in near-death states, bleeding out on the ground.

“Still, these divine treasures are first-rate.”

The gods themselves were dull, but their spoils made Madara’s heart race. Divine treasures—objects said to work miracles that should normally be impossible, miracles worthy of being called the miracles of gods. Among them, the one Madara wanted most was—

“Summoning of the Dead.”

An item that could, quite literally, summon the dead. Though it could only call forth the soul, not the body as it had been in life, it was still an item that could place absolute power in Madara’s hands and grant his wish.

“To think the thing I wanted would come into my hands this easily.”

Having recovered the items, Madara was more or less done here. If this had been the old Madara, he would have slaughtered the Olympus gods to prevent any future trouble, but—

“Well, you lot aren’t even worth killing. But I’ll take the women.”

“W-What kind of depravity is this!”

“K-Kuh! Let go of us!”

For some reason, he abducted only the famously beautiful goddesses. The goddesses screamed that he should just kill them instead, but Madara sealed their mouths with Wood Release.

“If you want them back, grow stronger and come again. Though no matter how much power you gain, you won’t even reach my toes.”

“Grrr!”

“To be humiliated like this as a god...”

After tormenting the gods of Olympus to the very end, Madara vanished. Where he had stood remained only a ruin engulfed in black flames, a scene utterly unlike the dazzling, beautiful celestial island that should have been the world of the gods, Olympus.

And when Madara returned to the hidden base—

“Kyah!”

“You pervert! Just kill us already!”

He immediately threw the goddesses into the underground prison and bound them all with [Truth-Seeking Orbs]. The goddesses, reduced from goddesses to mere women, still did not lose their fighting spirit and hated Madara to the end. But Madara paid them no mind.

“I won’t kill you as long as you remain useful, but if you do anything unnecessary, I’ll make sure you experience something worse than hell.”

“H-Hell...?”

“As women, that is.”

“Hiiik...”

“...”

With those words, Madara disappeared, and the goddesses were left with a sudden chill. They understood what he meant, and that realization was sexual in nature. Shocked into silence, the goddesses fell quiet.

“Madara-sama, welcome back. You’ve worked hard.”

Jojo greeted Madara with a respectful bow as he returned with the spoils. But Madara merely tossed aside a half-broken weapon and sat in his place, the throne from which he looked down on everything.

“Well, it was disappointingly trivial.”

“As expected of Madara-sama. With this, even Olympus’s incompetent gods must have come to understand your greatness.”

“Save the flattery. What do you want?”

“I’ve prepared the sacrifices you requested, but... what exactly do you intend to use things like these for?”

“They’re definitely the eight bodies, yes?”

“Yes.”

“Then that’s enough. You may withdraw.”

“Yes, sir!”

Madara was very much himself, saying only what he needed to say and sending Jojo away. Jojo did leave without complaint, though he was genuinely curious about what the sacrifices would be used for.

“Looks like our boss is planning to shock the world once again. Ah, how exciting.”

Jojo was more interested in what Madara would do next, but at the time he had no idea that the scale of it would exceed even his expectations and throw the world into chaos once more. And likewise, Issei, living peacefully in the Human World, had no idea any of this was happening. He had no idea how it would affect him, or that he would die once because of it.

“Issei-san...”

“Issei...”

“!! I opened my eyes and there were breasts right in front of me!”

When he opened his eyes, the first things he saw were Asia and Raynare, both sleep-talking and calling for Issei, with their breasts visible beneath their underwear. As always, Issei greeted the morning with vigor.

“Come to think of it, I haven’t done anything for a few days because of senpai...”

After going to the Demon World to seduce Sigbaira and getting thoroughly scolded by Rias, he had resolved to restrain his own lust as a form of reflection. It was only the second day... but as expected of Issei, the incarnation of lust, just seeing a woman’s chest made that part of him swell as if it might burst.

“I’m reaching my limit... Damn it, I don’t care anymore!”

“Kyaa! Issei-san!?”

“Uuht! Issei!?”

“Sorry! I think I’m at my limit!”

He tore at the two women’s underwear and began kneading both of their breasts with his hands, then took one into his mouth and started tasting them one by one. Asia and Raynare were flustered by the sudden sexual assault, but they had come barging into Issei’s bed together in the first place prepared for exactly this, and once they accepted him—

“Issei-san... I... it’s my first time... please be gentle.”

“Oho, Asia!!”

Unable to endure even two days’ worth of pent-up desire, Issei laid hands on Asia, the very girl he had decided to protect. He pressed his pumpkin between Asia’s thighs—

Further description cannot be shown, so it has been blinded.

“Haa... haa... Issei-san... you’re too intense...”

With the incarnation of lust and his endless stamina, Asia’s first experience left her eyes rolling back as she teetered on the edge of unconsciousness. As for Raynare, she was so overwhelmed that she collapsed and fell asleep mid-act.

“Ah... as expected, Asia’s body was the best...”

Perhaps the guilt of violating a former saint only made Issei burn hotter; his face was full of energy. Then, looking regretful—

“Ah, still not enough.”

“Issei-sama, breakfast is ready... Issei-sama?”

Since he couldn’t touch the already-limited Asia anymore, he clicked his tongue. Just then, one of the three Fallen Angels, the busty Karawina, came to wake him, and Issei stared fixedly at her chest.

“Perfect timing.”

“Huh?... Kyaa! Issei-sama!?”

Issei pounced on Karawina, and she let out a low moan before Issei’s pumpkin slipped between her thighs—

Further description cannot be shown, so it has been blinded.

Afterward, Issei laid the similarly fainted and twitching Karawina on the bed, finally satisfied as he dressed himself again.

“Ahh, the best.”

His resolve to restrain his lust had long since blown away, and the way he recklessly let his lower half run wild made him look like the sort of protagonist from another series who’d have no excuse if he ever got hit with a “Nice boat!” ending after being caught cheating. But since there was no one capable of threatening Issei, he was truly supreme under heaven and above earth, alone and unmatched.

“Maybe I should practice the ninjutsu Madara taught me today.”

Still, it was admirable that even after reaching the pinnacle of strength, he had not become arrogant or neglected his training. He covered the three women, who had fallen asleep as if unconscious on the bed, with blankets and headed down to the underground training room.

“I’ve almost caught up in hand seals. What’s left is applying the techniques.”

Being freed from Madara had been possible because he had caught up to a certain degree in speed. What remained was the gap in real combat experience between him and Madara, but that could be covered with unpredictability, just as Uzumaki Naruto had shown. Unfortunately, Issei lacked Naruto’s freewheeling imagination and had only lust... Still, the good news was that his Sacred Gear reacted to that lust, so he was at least capable of responding to Madara. Meanwhile, while Issei was so absorbed in training, ominous movements had already begun in various places.

- The Underworld

After being spectacularly wrecked by Pain not long ago, Grigori, even after losing the ones they loved in that battle, did not despair and was rebuilding its castle anew.

“Right, let’s make this side more extravagant. This section can be for welfare facilities, and maybe we should set traps at the entrance?”

“Yes!”

“Yes!”

“Yes!”

Since they were rebuilding from scratch anyway, Azazel had decided to make it so magnificent it would deserve to be called the finest among the Three Factions, and he was giving orders himself with obvious delight. As he was issuing instructions and merely watching from the sidelines, Barakiel approached him.

“It looks like it’ll be built quite extravagantly.”

“Ah, well, it’s a building meant to symbolize a new era.”

“It’s been a while. How are things with your daughter?”

“...”

“You still haven’t met her, have you?”

“I have no excuse.”

“Well, after what happened, it’s understandable that it’d be awkward. But your daughter is important to the plans ahead.”

“To bring in the Red Dragon Emperor, you mean.”

“Raynare doesn’t seem likely to come back to our side, after all. That leaves your daughter as the remaining possibility. If you can repair your relationship with her, then we can bring in the Red Dragon Emperor and the Thunder Maiden as in-laws.”

“For Grigori’s future, then... but...”

Barakiel’s daughter, Himejima Akeno—according to Azazel’s investigation, Issei also had feelings for her. If Akeno and Barakiel could be reconciled, then by arranging for Issei and Akeno to be brought together as if by coincidence, they could pull Issei over to their side. So while Azazel was putting more effort into Akeno’s matter than into rebuilding Grigori’s castle, Barakiel still seemed reluctant. It was only natural; he would be sending his daughter off to marry a man known as the hero of the world, but one he didn’t know at all. And while the two were carrying out their secret scheme, two figures suddenly approached the castle under construction.

“Hmm! It’s in perfect condition for blowing up!”

“We’re not here to sightsee. Destroy the target properly, Deidara.”

“I know that, boss, but before that!”

A blond man and a red-haired boy stood atop a giant white bird. Looking down at Grigori’s castle from thousands of meters in the sky, the blond man said—

“Art is an explosion!”

He dropped hundreds of huge white objects toward the ground, and a moment later—

KWA-BOOM!

KWA-BOOM!

KWA-BOOM!

KWA-BOOM!

KWA-BOOM!

The surface of the Underworld was instantly turned into a sea of fire.

- Heaven

One of the four Seraphs, the Archangel Gabriel, resided in Heaven’s castle, and the castle’s mistress, Archangel Gabriel, was personally knitting a gift for Issei.

“I hope Issei-sama will be happy with it... ahh~ but what if it doesn’t fit~?”

Even though it was tedious work, she kept smiling at the thought of Issei’s face when he received it. She was putting her whole heart into every stitch. And the other angels—

“Lady Gabriel is knitting something for someone! Ah, that pitiful look~! I want to hug her!!”

“Has it been hundreds, no, thousands of years!?”

“No, no! This is the first time Lady Gabriel has ever knitted something herself!?”

“Who cares whether it’s the first time or not? She’s so beautiful~”

“Haaah, haaah, Lady Gabriel is a real angel... G.M.T! Haaah!”

For the record, they were all female angels. Her beauty, enough to make even other women fall for her, shook both male and female hearts alike with everything she did. And just like that, clouds of misfortune drifted over Heaven, peaceful as ever on an ordinary day.

“So this is Heaven. To think it really existed.”

“A shame to destroy such a place.”

They were a red-haired man with purple eyes like Issei and Madara, and a woman with light purple hair and paper flowers in her hair. Floating in the air, they looked down at Heaven with regret, and then—

“But this is something I must do. It’s enough if only I dirty my own hands. Stay out of this, Konan.”

“Sorry, but I can’t do that. I won’t let you fight alone ever again.”

White paper birds, folded from paper, began to spread across Heaven’s sky like clouds. At their center, the red-haired man Nagato began to emit light, and when that light turned white and flashed, the beautiful Heaven was transformed into hell in an instant.

- The Demon World

Two figures in Akatsuki uniforms—black clothing embroidered with red clouds—suddenly appeared. One was a man with shark-like skin and a massive, deformed greatsword, and the other was a black-haired man with the Uchiha’s red eyes, the same as Madara’s.

“What an interesting place. To think races other than humans really exist.”

“Just because the opponent is weak doesn’t mean you should let your guard down. Exceptions exist in every situation.”

The two known as the strongest pair in Akatsuki appeared in—

“Akatsuki!”

“You bastards!”

“Do you know where you are!? This is the castle of Lord Sirzechs Lucifer!”

“You terrorists!!”

one of the residences of the current Four Great Demon Kings. As the Akatsuki pair invaded, soldiers automatically began to surround them.

“You’re as stiff as ever. Even after dying once, you haven’t changed.”

“Sorry, but it wasn’t once. It was twice. I was revived by Edo Tensei.”

The two were chatting as if the soldiers around them didn’t even exist.

“You bastards!”

“Kill them!!”

When the soldiers, who had only kept their eyes on the big shot like Madara and looked down on the two in front of them, charged all at once—

“Sorry, but I’ll take the lead! Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique!”

With a quickly formed hand sign, a massive volume of water burst forth from the air in an instant and swept the soldiers away.

“It’s been a while since I used ninjutsu, so I held back, but I guess devils aren’t necessarily strong.”

“If that’s the case, I’ll handle you, terrorist.”

Where the soldiers had been swept away, a red-haired transcendent man appeared in the air. The Demon King Sirzechs had leapt out the moment he sensed the intrusion, and as he began to release his magical power—

“Ah, I completely agree with that, but I think it’d be better not to underestimate that one.”

The black-haired man’s red eyes began to spin, the three tomoe turning like a rotating wheel.
