The instant I opened the door, it shattered—and so did Asta's head.

"Yeah! There's so much that I can't handle it alone!"
"Can't someone else do it? Like Noelle Silver..."

"All right, all right. I'll take care of the laundry and wake Captain Yami."

In response to Asta's question, Noelle Silver gave him the most stereotypically royal answer imaginable.
"Um... what exactly do Magic Knights do in the first place?"
"Huh? Are you seriously asking that, you bastard?! Magic Knights protect the country, stand guard, and do the manliest job in the world, idiot! Why did you even want to join if you didn't know anything, punk?!"
"S-Sorry! I just wanted to become the Wizard King..."
"Asta only jumped at the chance because he wanted to become the Wizard King..."
"You're lively this early in the morning~"

Even at mealtime, Black Rain was as much of a disaster as ever.
"Honestly. Explain what Magic Knights do, you drunken witch over there."

"The last part was kind of weird, but I think I get it now."

Luck made it sound like the attacker and victim could easily end up switching places.

Gauche displayed a different, but equally extreme, line of reasoning from Luck.

Gordon seemed to possess the thought process of the sole normal person here, but his voice was so quiet and fast that it was impossible to understand him.

Just then, Gray slowly walked up behind us.

She used some kind of magic, then transformed into Asta!
She must have used the transformation magic from the manga.
"Whaaat?!"
"Well, whatever the case, it's a good thing."
"They're identical."
"Take care of me when we go on a mission together sometime!"
"O-Okay..."
"A doppelganger..."
"This place is full of weird people."
"You're one to talk, Asta."

At that moment, Captain Yami opened—or rather, destroyed—the door as he walked in.
